Kapton tape placed in a 3D printer baseplate

Today I will explain how to put the Kapton tape on the baseplate of a 3D printer.

We need the following materials:

Alcohol to clean, paper towels, plastic spatula, cutter, a wooden board, spray soapy water or spray, a tupperware and Kapton tape.
The procedure, first sprinkle alcohol on the baseplate.

Second scatter with kitchen paper and clean all baseplate.

Third sprinkle with spray soapy water around the baseplate. We put it on the Tupperware.

Kapton tape stretched his is with the help of another person.

We support the belt in place, you will wrinkle if you do some solos, but do not worry.

With the spatula removed the wrinkles and bubbles.

We cut with the cutter and continue removing bubbles.
